Description

VitaPro® Clean Label Mold Inhibitor is a clean label mold & yeast inhibitor that will improve your products quality and provide an economic advantage by giving added shelf life. VitaPro® Clean Label Mold Inhibitor can be labeled as natural flavor, cultured dextrose or simply culture, which makes it very label friendly for the manufacturer.

Dose:

Use levels will vary on the product being made as well as the type of processing. In general, we have seen use levels range from:

.10% to .50% in dairy products.
Incorporate at a point of good agitation.

Application:

Cultured dairy products. It has been used to replace sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate and natamycin.

Storage and preservation:

Store unopened in a cold and dry place.

Shelf life:

12 months in the original sealed container stored in a cool, dry location
