VitaPro®Nisin produced by strains of Lactococcus lactis subsp lactis and is effective against a wide range of Gram-positive bacteria and is particularly effective against the heat resistant spores produced by Gram-positive Bacillus and Clostridium spp.

VitaPro® Natamycin (Pimaricin) is a anti fungal natural food preservative produced by Streptomyces Natalensis. It inhibits the growth of molds and yeasts.

VitaPro® Clean Label Mold Inhibitor is a clean label (can be labeled as natural flavor, cultured dextrose or simply culture) mold and yeast inhibitor developed through a fermentation process and is used cultured products, bakery items and some beverages.
