LyoPro® Mesophilic Series is composed of middle heat loving lactic acid bacteria and has an optimal incubation temperature of 77-90°F(25 – 32°C). Mesophilic cultures are used for the production of fermented milk products, fresh cheese, soft cheese, semi-hard cheese, hard cheese and butter.
