Probiotiks, our range of natural functional ingredients for the bakery industry is composed of probiotics.  Probiotics can be used as an additive ingredient to add value to your finished product. The  Probiotiks line is composed of inactivated probiotic premix strains that include;

Bifidobacterium Bifidum, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus helveticus, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, Lactobacillus plantarum Lactobacillus paracasei, Bifidobacterium lactis, Bifidobacterium breve.
