VitaPro® Clean Label Mold Inhibitor is a clean label (can be labeled as natural flavor, cultured dextrose or simply culture) mold and yeast inhibitor developed through a fermentation process and is used in the bakery industry as a natural preservative. The current results in the field have shown that products have had from 5 to 15 more days of shelf life. This range is product dependent as well as how each manufacturer operates.
